The National Tsunami Hazard Mitigation Program (NTHMP) is led by its Chair, Subcommittee Co-Chairs, Caucus Co-Chairs, and in cooperation with its Coordinating Committee. The officers and leadership of the NTHMP are below.

Chair	Dr. Grant Cooper, Director, National Weather Service Western Region, Salt Lake City, UT	Appointed by NOAA Administrator's designate, the Deputy Assistant Administrator For Weather Services. Reaffirmed by NTHMP Coordinating Committee at the NTHMP Annual Meeting in odd-numbered years. Reaffirmed February 1, 2019 for a two-year term.
Mapping and Modeling Subcommittee NOAA Co-Chair	Ms. Marie Eble, Oceanographer, NOAA Pacific Marine Environmental Lab, Seattle, WA	Elected in 2018 by voting members of the MMS and confirmed by NTHMP Coordinating Committee. Position extended through August, 2020. Up for election in even-numbered years at the MMS meeting held during the NTHMP Annual Meeting.
Mapping and Modeling Subcommittee State Co-Chair	Dr. Jon Allan, Coastal Geomorphologist, Oregon Department of Geology and Mineral Industries, Newport, OR	Elected in 2019 by voting members of the MMS and confirmed by NTHMP Coordinating Committee. Position up for election in odd-numbered years at the MMS meeting held during the NTHMP Annual Meeting.
Mitigation and Education Subcommittee FEMA Co-Chair	Ms. Tamra Biasco, Risk Analysis Branch Chief, FEMA Region X, Lynnwood, WA	Elected in 2018 by voting members of the MES and confirmed by NTHMP Coordinating Committee. Position extended through August, 2020. Position up for election in even-numbered years at the MES meeting held during the NTHMP Annual Meeting.
Mitigation and Education Subcommittee NOAA Co-Chair	Ms. Christa von Hillebrandt-Andrade, Manager, Caribbean Tsunami Warning Program, Mayaguez, PR	Elected in 2019 by voting members of the MES and confirmed by NTHMP Coordinating Committee. Position up for election in odd-numbered years at the MES meeting held during the NTHMP Annual Meeting.
Mitigation and Education Subcommittee State Co-Chair	Mr. Kevin Miller, California Governor's Office of Emergency Services, San Francisco, CA	Elected in 2019 by voting members of the MES and confirmed by NTHMP Coordinating Committee. Position up for election in odd-numbered years at the MES meeting held during the NTHMP Annual Meeting.
Warning Coordination Subcommittee NOAA Co-Chair	Dr. Charles (Chip) McCreery, Director, Pacific Tsunami Warning Center, Honolulu, HI	Directors (or designated alternates) of NWS Tsunami Warning Centers have a permanent appointment as a Co-Chair of the WCS.
Warning Coordination Subcommittee NOAA Co-Chair	Dr. James Gridley National Tsunami Warning Center, Palmer, AK	Directors (or designated alternates) of NWS Tsunami Warning Centers have a permanent appointment as a Co-Chair of the WCS.
Warning Coordination Subcommittee State Co-Chair	Mr. Dan Belanger, Emergency Management Specialist, Alaska DHS/Emergency Management, Anchorage, AK	Confirmed in 2019 by NTHMP Coordinating Committee for a two-year term. Position up for election in odd-numbered years at the WCS meeting held during the NTHMP Annual Meeting.
Island Caucus Co-Chair	Ms. Denise Lewis, Acting Director, Virgin Islands Territorial Emergency Management Agency, St. Croix, VI	Elected in 2019 for a two-year term at an Island Caucus meeting and confirmed by NTHMP Coordinating Committee. Position up for election in odd-numbered years at the Island Caucus meeting held during the NTHMP Annual Meeting.
Island Caucus Co-Chair	Mr. Kevin Richards, Natural Hazards Chief, Hawaii Emergency Management Agency, Honolulu, HI	Elected in 2018 for a two-year term at an Island Caucus meeting and confirmed by NTHMP Coordinating Committee. Position extended through August, 2020. Position up for election in even-numbered years at the Island Caucus meeting held during the NTHMP Annual Meeting.
Mitigation & Recovery Work Group Science Representative	Mr. Rick Wilson, California Geological Survey, Sacramento, California	Appointed by the Chair in August, 2019. Position and term of service to be described in Terms of Reference under development.
